Mrs. Prita Roy is a result-driven individual who has over 10 years of Human resource experience spanning across IT and manufacturing domains. She has a healthy mix of teaching in her career which made her realise the dilemma which students face in various junctures of their life. Over the years, she has conducted several training programs with much success.  Prita is a Bachelors in Science from Calcutta University, B. Ed and a Certified Global Career Counsellor. Her stint in the HR profile made her realise that so many of talented young minds are trapped in the wrong jobs, which makes their life not only mundane but also restricts them from excelling. Since then, this has been her driving force to understand the pain points of the students, professionals and guiding them with advice and roadmaps for a successful career.
