I had been trying to guide the students to understand how they can choose the correct career option.They are mostly influenced by their parents or siblings choice. But they should understand their own capabilities then only they would be able to get success in life. They are still blind folded with only a few careers known to their previous generation. Now there are many unconventional careers w which many of the parents are still on aware so they are unable to guide there children correctly. I found this psychometric assessment and the following career counselling useful and worthy both for the parents as well as a students. I wish every parent should think about doing such assessment for their wards.
